Payment Problems

So, you’re having trouble paying by card either on this website or on Membermojo.

There are a few things you can do:

  • If you’re using your phone, try on a computer or vice versa
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies (www.refreshyourcache.com)
  • Try a different browser (ie if you’re using Chrome try Edge or Firefox)
  • Try a different card
  • Contact your card provider to find out why

PayPal

PayPal is used as our credit card processor. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

It is possible that PayPal could also be blocking your card. It might be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
  • You’ve linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
  • You’ve exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
  • Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal’s system.

All card payment problems end up being solved by one of the above.

Please do not ask to pay by cash or bank transfer.

The club is run entirely by volunteers and card payments require the least administration for us. Thank you.
