Well done to all that took part in the Fenceathon in memory of James Williams, and in support of the James Williams Foundation. This huge team 15 hour relay match, across all three fencing weapons, aimed to create a new Guinness World Record!
Says Kingston Fencing Club Sabreur Ceri: โWell, the James Williams Fenceathon was simply great. I took part in this huge sabre fencing relay from 9pm until just before the finish at about 3am alongside what felt like hundreds of other fencers from Kingston, House Of Sabre and all over the country (and even a few whoโd flown in just to take part). Felt like a genuinely special thing. โ
