A weekend of drama for the mighty House of Sabre fencers, with our very own George Suddards left the last man standing. He fought tooth and nail to win silver at the 2022 Welsh Open in Cardiff. Congratulations to Mo Mansoori who took the top Veteranโs prize at 27th out of 56 top fencers. A big shout out to all of the other House of Sabre competitors; Carl Morris, Lucy Wright, Richard Barnes-Webb, Rubin Nash & a special big up to Ceri Thomas whose plans to compete were scuppered by a broken down car en route to Cardiff- you live to fight another day!ย Bravo super sabreurs, bravo!
